The Valley Winds Music Association began with the concept of the community band - a group of local amateur musicians coming together to make music, foster friendships, and contribute to their community’s musical scene. At the encouragement of its members, a choir and “big band-style” jazz band soon followed. The result is that each week throughout the fall and winter over 100 Bow Valley musicians come together for the sake of music. If you are a musician (even if it’s been a few years) and looking for somewhere to sing or play, we would love to have you join us!
